BTW: In order for a male mantid to ensure successful reproduction, the female mantis must eat his head for nutrients and to pass sperm. Thus, female mantids are whores.

The combatants didn't want to fight, but the Ceasar kept shaking up the arena compelling both combatants to keep engaging in battle. In a larger arena I would have money on the mouse, it could of ran away from the Mantis.

In Guam I use to pit Green vs Brown Mantis' all the time, crazy watching them fight. First they do their battle dance then they both go crazy.

I can't remember what mouse it was, but it's a small mouse in Africa that comes out at night and completely owns other little insects. But I know one insect that would take that Mantis on. It's an African hornet. This hornet makes wolf spiders look sad.
