i was wondering if anyone knows any reputable companies to order an r33 front clip from. all the companies ive talked to BS too much and are not prompt with emails, pictures, and information on the particular clips. i am looking for a place that sells their clips for reasonable prices and are prompt and accurate with their information. can someone help me out? if not, is there a better section to post this thread in?

one reason i want a clip is for the "extras" that often come with clips, and the main reason i want a clip is to get the brakes. a clip also seems more complete than a motorset. with a motorset you cant even tell what the mileage is if theres no cluster included.

I don't recommend Venus unless you plan on going out there to inspect the motor yourself. Actually I dont recommend getting from many people without going out there yourself to inspect. However, you should be able to find many reviews here as well as FreshAlloy in regards to importers/distributors of RB/SR/CA etc.

thanks guys i will definately check with those guys about a motor/clip. i cant very well inspect the motor myself because i live in central illinois and theres nowhere around here that sells motors. cali is the place to be.

I am not to sure on shipping details, but Panda Garage here in San Diego County <www.pandagarage.com> brings in containers from Japan. I believe they import
on a per customer basis. They (Jimmy) usually posts what they have coming in on the next container so customers can drop a deposit before it arrives. I have yet to hear anything negative about them. Which is why i am starting to work with them to help distribute my parts line to Japan. Cali is the place to be, but i still see guys getting burned on bad purchases here. You really have to rely on reputation when it comes to big dollar items.

i could get you a clean clip, however shipping is a problem. you must make all shipping arrangements yourself and the clip will not be released until money is paid in full. i could take pictures of a clip for you, but i have school mon-fri and work 7 days a week, so you cant expect me to go out there whenever someone wants a picture. PM or IM me if you're stil interested
