Good one. Same with Darth Vader.
Barring monsters like H.R. Giger's aliens and zombies, I would have to vote for Gary Oldman in The Professional. There are better choices probably, but I can't think of much right now.

Betty was pretty nasty too.

I second that....but didn't he become a good guy in the end? I think it was at the end of Moonraker he saves Bond's life.
Speaking of James Bond...Ernst Stavro Blofeld; the #1 of SPECTRE.
You gotta love a bad guy who has people, surgically altered to look like him, as decoys.

Indeed JAWS did become a good guy in the end. Then he remained on the space station with the skinny girl w/ braces. :D But he was still a badass up until then. I'll add another semi-bad guy. Big Chris from Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels.

Vinnie Jones is a badass in ANY role. Can't wait to see him in X3.

A little different but Kevin Spacy in "The Usuall Suspects" Such a twisted ending in that movie.

Also in Seven he did a good job.

NICE PICK.
As for one of my favorites bad guys: check my avatar.
But the coolest has to be David Carradine (the greatest non-asian, asian actor out there):

I am agreeing with 2 people in this thread (well, one for sure and one other because I am drinking and unsure)
1. Kaiser Soze from "the usual suspects" (my favorite movie from several hundred DVDs, BTW)
*or*
2. Kim Jong-Il as Kim Jong-Il from "Team America: World Police"

I have to add: 1) Michael Corleone (Al Pacino) in "The Godfather Part II"
2) Hal 9000 in "2001: A Space Odyssey"
Classics...and I hadn't even been born yet when those were made. Except for a few exceptions; hollywood sure doesn't make them like they used to.

力王 is probably one of the best comics on the face of the earth, the movie adaptation is equally as awsome. Ever notice the porno collection behind the assistant warrden's desk, lol, I dunno why the director threw that in there.
Not only great action, but also awsome one liners.
The Oscar battle was probably one of my favs. in the movie
