Do other electrical parts just stop working one day without warning? :)

Install them correctly and pop your hood once every week or two to check shit out. You shouldn't have problems with them but it's always a possibility, as with any part.

ok well im a dumbass but i didnt think that it would freeze up like this that quick, like 2 months. i shot the power and ground good so yes, im stupid, the fan is bad. hahaha, im tired, been jumping through hoops trying to get this car running right, i just dont care anymore. anyone want a s14 w/ blacktop motor? hahaha

Where was your fan wired to? Because if it was recieving too much voltage, then you could accell wear on the motors.
