yeah i know im always bitchin about how FF3 isnt going to do shit to 240's and i still believe that but reading this posting made me think

I'm looking for a 1991,92,93 nissan 240sx fastback. It has to be a 5speed with good/ok clutch (hate doing clutch job). It has to have a clean title and less then 110000 miles on the FRAME, i dont trust frames with 210000miles on it and people saying, i replaced the engine at 200000 miles. I would prefer a good body, even though im going to rice the crap out of this thing, but that might take a while before that happens. Im willing to spend around 1500-2000 on it, however, if its already riced/tuned(gotta pass smog, or at least no why it might fail) i might spend a little more on it depending on what it is. thats about it... I would prefer if it had good paint, tan is my favorite on this car, but beggers cant be choosers, so if your interested in selling you car, please email me at [email protected] , i know my email sucks, but hey, i made this a long time ago and i dont want to change it, plus im 17, and im getting this for my bday (I know what to do to transfer the car from your name to mine, so dont worry about that)

Dude those kinda for prices are old news, Over here in Socal there are some dealers in that are complete cocks, S13 se 4,000 S14's 5 grand and up. I doubt that the movie will make 240's go up in price even more where as they are allready high as it is.

^^ s14 koukis in good condition 5sp are 7500+ ones with sr20det goes for 11,000 - 15,000+

i bought my S14 SE about a year ago for $10k. while that is was about $1.5-2k more than the blue book value, that's the going rate (in SoCal). the important thing to me was that it was 5MT, extremely clean bodied, KOUKI, and had NO MODIFICATIONS WHATSOEVER!

secretaries FTW!!!

and our cars are just generally getting more difficult to find as time goes on. thats what we get for being 240 enthusiasts.

110,000 miles for 1500-2000$ ! HAHAHAHHAAH Yeah right. In Cali a 110,000 mile 240sx is worth like 3500$. Dealerships sell these cars at 5,000$ or more, for s13!

i think a HUGE part of why people are into 240's is that they are relatively cheap. that being said, at 17, most of us couldn't afford a 240. that doesn't mean its never going to happen. you will find a job, even if its flipping burgers or selling phones (what i did to buy my 1st car). patience, young padawan...
