is the top outlet thats is connected with the stock bov on the stock smic for the cold pipe and the botton outlet for the hot pipe?

Ideally the compressor bypass valve (CBV) would sit on the hotpipe. The factory chose to put it on the coldpipe. If you can enlarge your picture I can circle it for you. If not I'll take a pix of my sidemount for you.

Do you know what the terms BOV, CBV, hotpipe, and coldpipe mean?

sort of. the hot pipe is from the turbo to intercooler and the cold pipe is from the intercooler to the throthle body? i dont know what CBV is tho?

When you bolt up the intercooler the piping should become obvious. It lines up.

That's right. You got it.
I snapped some pix for you below. From the top, the hose that's disconnected is the hotpipe. It's disconnected because my turbo is out right now. The other hose is your coldpipe. The blue silicone taps the coldpipe for your wastegate.
On the bottom view, the CBV was removed and the piping capped.
