Ok as alot here know I was Pinked for 1 month well that time is done. I wanted to say sorry to those who tried to help me and show me things that I was being so small minded about. I went back re read the topic and seen alot of things that I can do beside a Body kit and all. Someone here made a comment that why would I ask the forum if my MOM is a ASE mechanic to answer that is my Mom is 1.in the USA and 2.More domestic car related in basic mantaince but with a FSM she is dangerous.
I still need help in what suspension componets I need to complete a "BASIC" setup.Im looking into coilsovers so no sock/spring combos. That will be a differnant thread though. But I hope all can get over this and help me once again and help me with my rep man that was a harsh blow but oh well.

splparts.com for arms.... i highly suggest getting coil overs and a LSD first off... then start getting arms and good brakes... tire's wouldnt be a bad idea also...

then just drive ur car and feel it out as u go..... youll start to understand car control and limits... as eah upgrade is done..

most of all have fun...

infinitexsound is right slowy add better parts suspension brakes tires and even lighter rims can make any car drive better bodykits can make a car look better but 80% is the driver knowing the limits of the car

Yeah I do, and thanks, sorry for being a a$$ to you. But thats what Im stumped on searching has not gave me my answers. I need help in what suspension parts for a basic setup. Main thing is to get the car to not have neg camber. I know RUCA's but anything else? Im not going to be tracking the car as much cus VA is Exspensive to drag and all there. Hey infintiexsound questions.
1. Which LSD to Get?
2. Which Control arms and RUCA?

I ask now cus I went back adn re read that last hellish thread I had lol I was such a dick lol. But at the same time I need advice ot saying it will al be used rght now but at least I can get the knowlege and see what I can do from there.

HLSD = Helical (i might have spelled that wrong)
VLSD = Viscous (ditto)

Search bot of these types for in dept writeups on both. Also by searching you can find a conicopia of info on any basic mod out there, much easier then starting a thread. Letting little remarks go will help you quite a bit on the internet. Good luck.

I know there is a Mod a welded Diff but Im not into that cus im not that good at welding and I dont know any place in the VA,DC area that would be able to do that. Now I know a VLSD was a stock diff on the 240SX but what exactly is a HLSD or what brands are a HLSD is what I should ask.

helical came in the s15 i believe its like a fucken hunting process.. and adds up to just the same amount as getting a freakin clutch type if u ask me....
ur better off just gettin a 2way clutch type like kaaz or cusco or even a nismo one.... the cheapest clutch type ive seen offered is the illegal garage one... like 650 for a vlsd direct drop.. i dont think they offer one for a open diff..

for arms.. i suggest gettings ruca first... then tension and tie rods... everyone else has a diffrent order... but what ever spl everyone on here would vouch for them. good service good product cant go wrong with that.

as for CO im really takin a liking to the stance brand..

I just wanted to say thanks to all those who have helped in this thread But as far as a LSD goes which is the best all around LSD for daily Driveing as well as some track time.

what kind of track time? auto x,drift, road race?
I would say get a vlsd for either of those except driff. I've heard good things about the OBX helical diff, maybe give that a try. If you have the cash maybe think about shelling out for a 1.5 way diff though.

Its mainly going to be Drag and Road Raceing but I want to get into Drifting as well.Im not one to spend money on something that I will replace later thats why Im tring to see whats best lol.

I'd say based on what you said get a 1.5 diff, will be good for drag, road, and be ok for drifting
