This might be a common thread but i searched and only found a couple of answers.
I got a JDM S14 VLSD with the subframe, axels and the spindels. I wanna put it into my S13.
Does anyone know where i can find step by step instructions of how to get this done. From searching i got that i have to change the cover and get some washers and some other stuff. Can you guys clarify this for me. I got it laying around for dirt cheap so might as well use it.

s14 subframe does not fit. s15 subframe fits. If you want to use the jdm s14 vlsd, get j30 axles to make it work. The info you fund out about using washers and such. is when people usually have the 6-bolt input shafts to use with there stock axles.

Off Topic. Sell it all off and buy a real LSD.

Just swap the rear covers and your S14 diff will fit perfectly into the S13 subframe.

Don't forget to use the longer bolts from the S14 diff to mount the front of the diff to the subframe.
