HKS Japan is probably closest to you if you're indeed in Vietnam, if that's the case, just find the nearest HKS dealer around you, and become their friends. After that, you can have them send the coilover to Japan for you if it's rebuildable, and if not, you'll have to buy new shocks, which are $800 USD for the fronts alone.

If you're in the US but have Vietnam down as location to be funny, then the same applies, but you'd have your HKS dealer friends send them to the USA HKS HQ, as they had just started rebuilding coilovers here in the states. However, if it's too far gone to rebuild, it's $800 for a pair of shocks (they will not sell you a single shock), or $1200 for a pair of full coilovers (again, no singles).

And HKS only deals with HKS dealers, they don't deal with individual consumers like you or I.
