Honestly you will never need the Twin or Triple plate clutch for the street.  My roomate put the HKS Twin plate on his car.....took it out after a week....damn thing is like a on/off switch definetly not good for the street.  I heard the Tilton is even worse.

Not saying it's a bad but for track applilcations when all you have to do is launch once and then shift gears it's great..shifting is so firm on it and solid.   But for the street....there is no give...imagine trying to get going from a start and everytime you start lettin go of the pedal it would just chirp the tires like a mini burn out.....either that...or stall.

With this clutch took almost 10 minutes gettin the car on to HKS' dyno....it's a big pain in the ass.

For high HP cars that see mostly track duty...it's great but as fasr as a normal street car for normal driving...uh no it's pretty balls.

I don't think I'll ever get used to your (zilvia) name, comments like this, and knowing your age...

You want a good clutch if your gona be kicking the hell out of it drifting...you would want it to grab hard.

So, NO it most definately would NOT suck for drifting.

BUT...if your drifting your daily driver (which I know you will be, atleast untill it smashes into a curb <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>) it wouldn't be very fun to cruse around with.

Buddy of mine uses an act 6puck unsprung, its rough in 1st gear take off but after that (as a passanger) its not any harder than a street clutch.
I hear they brake trannys easily tho...

Ok thanks, dont worry. &nbsp;We dont have any curbs to hump where I am. &nbsp;Id either just run into a tree, or into a ditch.

I said that multiple plate clutches are great for the track but not for the street.

If you plan to daily drive this clutch I wouldn't recommend it.
