Not to talk down on them but flashy sites like that are usually a hit and run company. Dont go for it. From experience the crappier the site looks the better.

I'm sure there are plenty of reputably companies in the Bay Area that will get a swap going for you so just go through one of them. Getting to see an engine in person and even hear it run really helps you choose the right one.
