Through the most violent efforts I have managed to acquire this ultra rare piece. It's en route now from the UK and should be here within a few weeks, but I've decided not to use it for various reasons. For those who know what the Z Edition is, you know this is by far the rarest OE aero part ever made for the S14 chassis, and looks absolutely hot. Those who don't, google it. I don't have the patience to hold your hand and explain it to you.
I don't have pics yet but I'm ready to accept serious offers. Please remember that there's maybe only one other lip of this kind in the US and there won't likely be any more available as UK buyers are all waiting like vultures to get the salvage ones that come up for sale. The typical '$100 with free shipping' lowball offers I'm used to won't fly this time so don't even bother. Also note that shipping from Middle Europe is costing me slightly more than a few bucks. Email OFFERS ONLY to [email protected] , all other emails asking about details, specs, pics, etc. will be ignored and deleted.

yeah man, not puting a price means A. its going to take longer to sell and B. your trying to see who will offer the highest, i mean, hey man, im with ya, if someone offered me 400 and i only wanted 300 i'd take it too, but when i walk into the grocery store for milk and bread, and there are 15 diff. grocery stores that i can choose to go to in my town, and one of them doesn't post their prices, you can bet your ass that im not going to buy from that store nor play guessing games...

so for real, my roomate is interested, and willing to pay realtime prices, but he said the "no price game" is not the "game he wants to play"

Those grocery stores all carry the same product, so they have to worry about competition. Russ, however, has acquired a highly sought after and rare item that nobody else in this nation is currently offering. So he can pretty much play whatever game he wants with this, as somebody will buy it regardless. Don't try to e-thug on your friend's behalf.

What I want for it doesn't matter. I could ask $1500 and possibly find a buyer, I could also ask for what I've got in it and maybe not sell it. The point here is to see if it's even worth selling because I've gone through a LOT of trouble to get it, few people realize what it's worth and even fewer can actually appreciate what it is. To 99.9% of 240 owners it's just another cool looking aero part. Those people are the ones who have FLOODED my mailbox already with $75 offers. Even after reading through my ad they're convinced it's another 'buy it on Ebay for $20, everyone else does' item. It's actually amusing to see that level of ignorance displayed so strongly, but it's also the reason I was weary of even posting it up.
In all seriousness I would really like to see someone make an offer based on intelligence and understanding rather than 'make a guess' and hope it's right. Again, the people who appreciate this piece and have sought after it as long as I have aren't going to insult me by trying to trade a set of 14" tires for it. If they don't make that offer then I'm keeping it.

I vote someone buys it and makes some fibreglass copies of it. I would buy a copy...I don't have the money to get that one tho.

It also came in green as a stock color IIRC.

Making copies of it...I believe you'd also need a European 200sx bumper, because there would be some gapage in the middle on a stock USDM rear bumper.

for more pix you can search for aero threads with me in it.

A British company makes fiberglass copies, but it's just as expensive to ship but pointless because it doesn't have urethane durability.

It's not JDM tyte, drift style, or attention grabbing, so the people who don't know what it is probably won't pay what its worth. This thing is NOT cheap.

Russ, I say you keep it...I wanna see it on your car with your tails.

No hard feelings to anyone in particular, you just wouldn't believe some of the shit people have offered me. By the time it shows up if I haven't seen even a reasonable offer I'm keeping it.

Reasonable meaning at a minimum, $600. But I've got more in it than that right now.

russ, are you planning to put it on a USDM rear bumper?

Yes. I've got a seriously good body guy if there's any significant labor.

it looks good, but totally out of my price range... what if the "Z" edition S14 came with a VG30DETT? NOW THAT WOULD BE CLEAN!

If you want to play the "price game," go to ebay. This is the Zilvia grocery store; fiddling around with "who will pay more" is bullshit.

I doubt the mods will stand for this very long...

Thank you for your absolutely fucking worthless post. Do you feel like a tough guy now? Or do you need to beat your chest a little more to pronounce your awe inspiring e-thuggery?

What's the saying, "if you don't have anything worthwhile to say, don't say anything".

NEWSFLASH!!!
Russ, in setting his price for this piece auction-style, letting it go to the highest bidder is more than fine within the rules and guidelines, so long as he does not link an ebay auction to this.
Bitching about how he decides to arrive upon his pricing, possibly because this sets you up to not know that it has become too rich for your blood, however, is NOT allowed, re read the rules if you feel you must.
... It is for these reasons that I just deleted 4 posts from this thread, that was your warning... The next person to come with anything other than something pertinent to this thread will be pinked a month, 3 if I get drunk enough before it happens.

That things is damn near impossible to get. its more of a collectors item than something to be used, and no knockoffs on ebay so far..
