tension rods have 150k - need to replace. Tinking about pillow ball rods but wonder if they will generate 2 much shock & stress. Lots of potholes here. anybodt have opinion?

Go Pillowball, bushings are too soft and dont give as much feedback.
Pillowball won't be harsh..Done.

why poly for auto x, and not pillowball?

I think Echo meant that by using pillowball, it will put you into a much tougher class, since the higher end class (and cars) have pillowball. With the underpowered 240SX, you may have problems fighting for wins.

Ether get NISMO replacement bushings or Pillow-ball. The Polyurethane tend to bind up.
Spherical end joints do tend to bump you up in class. I would get the NISMO's for Auto X then.

Wow. thanks for the info guys... i guess i didnt know nearly as much about auto x as i thought.
I had no clue that endlinks would change class... i guess it makes sence though.
