I have a little problem. I have a 95 s14, I am in the process of installing my hotshot header and the damn rear o2 sensor is too small for the bung on the pipe. I was reading on hotshots website, they were saying that they include a kit to change the fitting on the o2 sensor, and seeing that i didn't get the header from hotshot i dont exactly know what to do. Can I go without the rear o2 sensor? Or should i just take it to a shop and have em weld me a new fitting and plug up the old one?
The same thing happened to me. Email Hotshot, they will send you the kit, then have an exhaust shop weld the new flange on.

They sometimes sell adapters at auto parts stores...
...or you can make your own:
Buy a Honda oil drain plug from Discount AUto / Advance Auto / NAPA, you need one that is 18X1.5.
Grind it flat on the top.
Drill a hole in the middle, and tap it for 12X1.25
Thread in your small O2 sensor, then use the nut on the O2 sensor to thread it into the header.
Takes 10 minutes, and will cost $6
