Can anyone tell me what this means?

It's on my sparkplug boxes... and I have no clue what it means.

Turn the sparkplug all the way in with your hand, then tighten it down 1/16th of a turn if it has no gasket. If it has a gasket tighten it down 1/2-2/3 of a turn(12ft/lbs of TQ IIRC).

Thank you, I've been staring at it as I wait for the rest of my tune up parts to get here but couldn't figure it out for the life of me. Guess I had a major brain fart.
