First at hand, this is my boyfriend, Darren's. Him and I flew to GA to buy, and got hit on the way back. This is Darren's car but it's at my house, so I'm in charge of selling her. He sent out for a new title in his name, and it should be in the mail any day now.
There is NO frame damage. There are minor dents/scratches along the passenger side, they should be able to be pushed out easily.
This car is literally 98% rust free. There was a patch of rust where the battery sat, but it was basically ripped out when we were in the accident. Since then Bail has come and welded in a new piece of metal that Darren, Paul and myself got out of a 240 at Sam's pull-apart. I think the piece still needs a little bit of work/welding but it's 90% done. I can have it completed by sale date if buyer wants.
The motor/ecu/tranny/motor mounts/exhaust(?)/Mass Air are gone...I'm not sure if anything else is missing, but if there is I will let you know when you get in touch with me.
Part of the wiring harness is gone, but we do have 3 or so pieces of the harness that will go with the car Including a full harness. It goes from the fuse box inside all the way to the wiper motor, and the engine harness (that connects to the ECU)
The original fender was ripped in 1/2 when we were hit, BUT I do have 2 replacement fenders from junkyards that are in pretty good shape...only one has rust I think. None of them color-match (red and black I think)
The car doesn't have springs on it, but I might be able to come across some, so right now the car is seriously laying frame in my driveway. I was supposed to sell her to some guy from Fall River, but for a whole week of "I'll be there today, something came up lastnight" I am giving up on selling the car to him.
The car NEEDS TO GO ASAP since it's now in my driveway, and I can't get it back into my garage, I don't want her to rust!! (Took 2 hours to get her out with a bucketloader/tow strap since there's no suspension/steering).
All the interior has been removed, the car is gutted BUT I HAVE ALL THE PARTS!! ALL the bolts from the car are in sealed baggies and LABLED as to where they go.
I was asking $1100 since Darren paid $2600 for the car, and we paid another $1100 in hotel/trailor rental/truck drive fees/taxi's/towing etc.....the guy from Fall River offered me $900 cash, so money talks. I need her gone now really...so if anyone is interested, we can work things out and please spread the word.
My Email address is [email protected] please get ahold of me there and we'll work it out from there.....
