all the way across town was crazy....super DRIFT TIME!!...:)...on the freeway my front bumper was hitting the slush inbetween the tire tracks...nutty!

Atleast you got slush. My GF just left my pad and i went outside to walk her to her car and my car is a giant fookin popsicle right now. Its been raining hard so there were bead of water all over my car, then it froze. I literally have CHUNKS of ICE on my car. Its weird, the ice are all spiky like they froze when they hit my car.

I actually saw hail in Saudi Arabia back in 1986 when I was over there on business. Actually have pics of the hail and the next day when it was all gone.

Funny thing is when I was at work I was having a conversation with a friend from alabama. They were telling me how cold it was and how lucky we californians were to have beautifull weather all the time. She thought I was telling lies when I said it was snowing down the street. Haha

Although snow there is unusual; California weather has got a long way to go to being "bad" weather.

Try spending a few days outdoors in some mountains in -50 degrees F (about -45 C), with a windchill that makes it feel 15-20 degrees colder than that yet, with snow and ice drifts as high as 10-20 feet and constant blizzards. THAT is winter weather. I would provide pictures...but luckily I'm not there any more.
