How much harder would it be to put a rb25det in a s13 than a sr20det?

Need different motor mounts and lots more money.

I thought about doing an RB swap for a few seconds then I figured "Why bother? I will never build the SR motor to it's fullest potential anyway."

rb25det it's doable, and it's been done on both s13 and s14, you do need a different motor mount. but you will be able to squeeze the engine in. the rb25 is hard to get a hand on, and it's plenty of money, but if you go the rb25det you have to worry 'bout parts also (iirc) the 104 octang fuel? due to it's (iirc) 10.0:1 compression ratio on a turbo.

so my sugession is to go sr20.

I believe that the guy with the S14 swapped out the undecarriage, and it fit alright, have to ask.. &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

I wouldn't reccomend doing the RB swap yourself. Im sure this is a very difficult swap, and requires a lot of fabrication. The SR swap is a lot simpler and you could definately do it with the right tools/know how.

Don't forget about the CA. It's a cheap alternative and IMO, a better engine than the SR.
