cold weather prep.

I just moved to Minneapolis. I need advice concerning the cold weather: fluids, antifreeze ratio, etc. The roads are pretty rough compared to OK, and the scene is decent. I need feedback on spring rates, I have very stiff cuscos, I want to go softer but not too soft because I am super low (17x9 +19; barely pinky room from tire to fender) I am thinking 7/5, or 8/6. I also need the engine undercover/shroud. I need protection and hopefully keep the engine warmer.

throw some cardboard in front of 1/2 the radiator, and use a lil thinner oil. winters almost over though. if you got potholes like here softer, higher cars handle better...
