i don't know what the hell i did, i know i wasn't looking through porno sites or anything, this damn thing keeps popping up everytime i click to browse something, it's very irritating, i got a pop up blocker, but it still doesn't go to the where i want/click without it going to that site/advertisement first, since it's blocked page jus turns up blank but i still have to go back and re-click to where i wanted to go, any one have any ideas how i can get this to stop? other than rebooting my computer or something (i need to but im lazy)

[email protected]#$% i just clicked submit and it brought me to it again

Try downloading the free version of Ad-Aware to try to get rid of it. Then, reboot your computer AND your modem. I also suggest using more than one adware/malware program since some are better at getting rid of stuff than others.

Try to run a few of these. Like ramblux says, they all pick up and remove different spyware/adware so for best results use at least two of them.

Lavasoft Ad-Aware:

Bazooka scanner:

Spybot search & destroy:

A few more links to other spyware/adware scanners, and some light reading...

Are you running Windows XP os? If so you should have a System Restore program, which will allow you to revert back to an earlier date before you got spyware.

The only problem with system restore is that if the virus/trojan/malware/whatever has been on your computer for a while, you could create a backup of it and become doubly f*cked.

+1 I use Spyware Blaster with Spybot. It blocks those sites.

I concur. It's never failed me wrong.
You could also go to google and type in the website that keeps popping up and virus. Because chances are you arn't the only one who has/had it.
