s14 dumping too much fuel help

ok the car starts rough idles steady like crap though shaky then as it runs its sending too much fuel, so it fouls out the plugs after a like 20+ mins its feels like theres a hole in the hose but i can't seem to locate one also the throttle has no response at times its wide open and the car doesn't rev help!!!:bs: :wtf:
