Trying to Rewire My Car

I am trying to redo the wiring harnesses on my car. I want to eliminate all of the key ignition and put in a push button and some switches to control the power to the ecu and fuel pump, and the headlights. I have seen that painless sells these switches at autozone, but 20+ dollars for a switch is just dumb. I looked at Radio shack and their switches and buttons are rated in amps and volts. If i am using a relay for the starter then how heavy duty of a switch do I need? Can you guys tell me what i should be looking for?

I am also rewiring my car. This includes getting rid of any unused circuits, using relays for high/low beam silvia headlights, all of the exterior and interior lighting in my car will be LED, except for HID low beams and Halogen high beams.
