i have no kat on my car and i dont think my new 3" n1 and turbo kit is gonna help me much lol

if u can take the george washington bridge over to the BX I can take u to a spot that I go to and they only charge like 60-70 for the inspection. &nbsp;I also have no cat now resonator and the guy hsa let me pass. &nbsp;Let me know, e-mail me for more info if u want.
