s13s and 4 lug wheels..

If they are can I do some sort of conversion to make them 5 lug. There are no damn 4 lug rims that I like. If I do find one they are only like 16s..Also what would be the widest I could fit 17x8s? Would they fit? thanks..

s14 = 5 lug
