im lookin to sell my 240 because it wont pass the salvage title inspection in georgia - kinda ironic cuz it passed salvage and was registered in cali - reason for failure is that it has a blown seat belt motor so the seat belts are now passive in the closed position. anyway, the car is salvage titled in california and I want to sell it here. question is: is the seller required to have it registered in the state of residency if he/she intends to sell it? can the buyer come back to me and say that he cant pass inspection so he wants his money back(of course Ill disclose everything he/she needs to fix)?

well... its not the issue of fixing the seat belts... I can do that rather quickly. I just dont have the time to do the inspection anymore. in georgia, u have to take it to the inspection station early in the morning, leave it there for two or three days to be inspected then pick it up again during business hours. I have a full time job that pays enough for me to get another car so I just wanna sell this one
