I had the same problem last week. Do you have alot of pedal play? If so, bleed your clutch.

If this is a brand new problem and you havent' touched your clutch system leading up to it your more likley seeing some failing parts. my 240 ws having this exact same issue. Problem was the master clutch cyl. So I had both the master and slave replaced. problem went away goes into gear fine.
So try your bleeding first since thats a free fix. but if that doent do it. you might wanna hit up Cragens or shucks or whatever and get some replacements.
You can actually find the MCC and the SCC on Ebay for about 50 bucks. In the auto stores your going to pay around 150. both are fairly easy for a home mech. But auto shop will charge you about 150 for the labor.

O.k time for upgrades...
Replace the master clutch and slave cylinders(probably as old as the car). While you are at it remove the clutch dampener unit, and bend the hard line (very carefully) to fit into place with the slave cylinder line. Responce will be much better, and it is much more enjoyable to shift.
Bad and old fluid can also cause the clutch system to not work properlly.

I agree with Vinnie, definetly replace your clutch master and slave. Nopi has great prices on oem quality parts, and there are plenty of writesup on how to remove the clutch dampener. Everything is fairly easy, just don't be afraid to get your hands dirty.

My friend had the same problem...we just bled the slave cylinder. Try that, its easy and doesnt take long.

More than likely you need a new tranny, but you can try a temporary solution by using synthetic oil to lube the syncros.
Fact is your syncros are fried. When you can't get it popping into reverse, or if it starts popping out of gear when your driving you should really get a new transmission.

Don't use capital letters anymore, it's ANNOYING!!!!
