hey guys are you mad at how hard it is to find HC3 bulbs and when you do find them the expense of them
i know for most of you so-cal guys finding hc3's is like going to the corner store for some milk but for the rest of the world (like me in canada) there few and far between
Well enough rambling
this is one of the easiest mods i have ever done

first thing you will notice is that h3 bulbs have one wire this wire is your positive wire (+)
these bulbs rely on the housing it sits in for a negitive/ground (-)

if you look at the back of the housing for the fog light you will notice there is a little tab on the bottom of the housing

all you have to do is attach a female spade conector with a wire to the tab and run it to the negitive wire for the fog light (old pop up motor wire)
and the positive wire from the bulb to the positive wire

and thats it enjoy your new cheep bulbs

i think this can also be done with the low beam but there is no tab but there is a little screw that i can can get a ring terminal on for a ground i'll test it out and post results

hope this helps

yeah just use the screws that are on the side of the projector housing. u do have to be very careful not to lose the little screw in the housing. i would use the one that is not holding the wire in place. i could take some pics if this doesnt make sense.
