which exhaust is more louder?

i got a 95 sr20det black top motor and i want to put an ehaust system on soon. i want to put an system where i would have power but then will still be quiet. i was thinking just running a 3 in. straight piping all the way to the back with no muffler but was thinking it might be to loud or should i just get a apexi complete exhaust system? which one do you guys think will be more quiet?

But then his question is what system is quieter.

For quiet exhaust, go with RS*R Ex-Mag, Buddy Club Spec II, or one of many other brands you can research with a quick click of the SEARCH button. I'd suggest going with a full custom exhaust. Get a "bullet" style muffler to use as a resonator, a good sized canister muffler, and select whatever tip you like. Then have it welded up by a local shop.
