For the engineer in you...

Damn, I find it kinda sad that I thought most of this stuff was hilarious.

Skip the "dilbert" one.. not funny.

Aren't you glad I made you a Mech E. instead of an EE?

when your professor asks you where your homework is, you claim to have accidentally determined its momentum so precisely, that according to Heisenberg it could be anywhere in the universe.

Microsoft engineer:
The CAR:

There are three engineers in a car; an electrical engineer, a chemical engineer and a Microsoft engineer. Suddenly the car just stops by the side of the road, and the three engineers look at each other wondering what could be wrong.

The electrical engineer suggests stripping down the electronics of the car and trying to trace where a fault might have occurred. The chemical engineer, not knowing much about cars, suggests that maybe the fuel is becoming emulsified and getting blocked somewhere.

Then, the Microsoft engineer, not knowing much about anything, comes up with a suggestion, "Why don`t we close all the windows, get out, get back in, open the windows again, and maybe it`ll work !?"

Found in Net Dummy.

Nice one!!!

great jokes even though im not an engineer.. but my brother is studying to be one and i can relate since he's going to be in school for like another 10 yrs after he passes all the calculus, chemistry, and physics prerequisite engineering courses that he's had to have taken each one at least twice to pass... now he lives in the library and i can relate to these jokes b/c of what he's going through.

My ex girlfriend sent me the link. She thought they were hilarious too 'cuz I would always break everything up in to mathematically analytical parts...

Not when you're trying to solve Schrodinger's equation for the Hydrogen atom or verying that light indeed is an electromagnetic wave from Maxwell's equations. I still have nightmares...

Hahaha, engineers FTW! I like "Knowledge, Time and Money" and "An Engineer in Hell"
