Well I bought a Used Red Zenki Lip from smellslikecurry a.k.a. Ferdous Sajedeen on Jan. 23, 2006. Up until now (Feb. 21, 2006) I haven't recieved his shipment. It's almost a month now and I think I've been very patient regarding a private seller. If it was a company and that company told me that I was on back order, I could have waited for 3-6 months...but seeing that it was just a Zenki Lip (And used too may I add), I was expecting a 5-7 day wait for the shipment to arrive.

Ferdous, if you're reading this please try to contact me. I've already filed a complaint thru Paypal and USPS regarding you. You used to be online in AIM all the time but after you told me that you're going to give me a new tracking number since USPS messed up the shipment...you never did go online ever again. I dunno what is happening with you right now. I'm assuming that you did not actually ship the lip even though you have pictures of the printed e-form. If you could just come online and tell me what's going on I'd appreciate it but right now I'm towards the negative reaction regarding your side as a private seller.

EDIT: USPS has just contacted me and they said that there was never a shipment headed toward my address. Nor was there a shipment that has been messed up and thus being sent to another location. I'm waiting for paypal to refund what I've paid you and hope it goes well for me. If you want to clear things up call me or leave a message. I repeat, USPS stated that there was never a shipment of ANY KIND headed towards my address from your address. I want my money back.

FWIW, He hasn't even been on Zilvia since Feb 3rd.

Somewhere around that time. I dunno what happened to him but after a month of waiting for nothing (USPS verified that there was no shipment coming from his address at all), I feel I've been tricked.

I know how you feel. He bought some parts from me a while back and seemed like an ok guy.... guess not....

Or maybe something bad has happened or come up and he can't attend to your issues.

Is no one else interested in giving him the benefit of the doubt?

If I recall correctly, he just got an operation of some sort but that was a long time ago. I dunno if he's going under the same phase again. That's why I'm asking him or someone who knows him to please contact me so I can cancel my complaint. I hate to say this but money spent is money spent...

i know him from a local board and pm'ed him about a different part that he was selling but he never got back to me either.. i'd say wait it out or something, i don't wanna vouch for him cuz i don't know him that well but i don't think he ripped you off.

Hey guys, I just wanted to have an update on this issue. Ferduos (smellslikecurry) left me a private message in Zilvia.Net regarding this matter. The major thing is that he had 3 surgeries and a bunch of other bad stuff happened to him and his 350z.

He issued a Refund in Paypal and he gave my money back.

So after a couple of months, hopefully he's back for good. After a couple of days of gettin' pissed cuz I didn't get my lip I just said naah, it's bad to hold grudges so I just let it out and that's it. I NEVER DID EXPECT HIM to go online and tell me what happened. Although I believe everything that he said about what happened, I also believe what USPS stated. The fault maybe at USPS's side and a bit on his side...I dunno. They might have screwed my address or something.

Right now, I'm happy not because of the refund (Although that helps quite a bit) but I'm happy because he went online to leave me a message about what has happened.

hey sorry about the whole mess...i dont really remember any other dealings i had before so if it seems like i screwed anyone else over just shoot me a pm...i really went through hell and back these last few months and sorry for any inconviences...
