Hi there,

First of all: I'm new here and couldnt find a newbie tread to introduce myself:)

Last Saturday I screwed up my clutch while drifting.:hsdance:
Now I'm looking for a new clutch for my '90 240sx.
I'm from Holland and we dont have cool cars here, so smart ppl gets his car from abroad. Even smarter people buys his car from ppl who already has it shipped to Holland That's how I got my 240sx.. :)

But that means that I have to shop in the US for a clutch for my car, but i really havent got a clue what to buy. ppl from the dutch sx owners club couldnt help me either. I made a list from clutches that a saw on ebay. But what causes the main diffrence in prize between those clutches? Do I pay much for only the manufacture's name on the box? Exedy is a well known brand, but quite expensive. XTD is a name I never heard of, but it's quite affordable. Here's te list:

Never heard of XTD but an exedy stage 2 is cheap.... I use it and its hooks up very well, but it is a pucked clutch so lock up is good, but it is a little difficult to drive but you get used to it. http://www.lsauto.com/clutches.asp

$315USD.... Good luck....

Getting one from the states would be a bundle with shipping and not to mention wait time. Did you try English forums? The 200sx is very popular in England which is much closer to you.
+1 for Exedy

p.s Good luck in the upcoming World Cup

yeah, a 200sx is very populair in Holland too. But not the 240sx. and technically there's a huge diffrence between those 2.

240's can be counted on one hand here in Holland. And my experience with ordering from the us and England are both the same... UK wasnt the faster with ordering. I noticed that Gripforce also some intresting clutchkits got.
