Some parts stolen from my car...

Well I never thought it would be me,

But it happened.

A few nights ago, my car stalled on the way to work and it wouldn't start again.
Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances, I was unable to get it towed at that moment. I was forced to leave it in a parking lot for the last few days.

I had no alarm and no security.

Today I get a call from my roomate, who was passing by my car and the first thing i hear is, "omg daniel your car!! they took everything!".

So, here's what they took. I would very much appreciate it if you all could be on the lookout for these parts on craigslist, ebay, or any other car forums that you frequent.

Corbeau A4 seat in Black. Cloth with extra stuffing in the lumbar support. Faded with small tears here and there. Also rail and sliders.

Stock s13 passenger seat.

Rota D2's 17x7.5 and 8.5 +20 all around Black. I know these will be hard to sell, especially since you had to special order them from Josh at autoRnD. Fronts had continental contisports in 225/45 and rear had Dunlop FM901's in 235/40

Eclipse head unit. Model number CD5423

A rockford p3 10" subwoofer in an enclosed box. Some nameless 600watt amp...( i forgot what kind, so it's not really important)

Some type V sideskirts painted black with multiple holes drilled front and back. Fiberglass. (see pics at bottom.)

I'm offerring a 200 dollar reward to anyone who can give me information that leads up to the arrest of these thieves.

I'll keep an eye out, question though. Why would they smash all your windows, all your taillights? You sure you didn't have funk with anyone? Doesn't sound like someone broke in to your car for just parts, looks like they were trying to get back by smashing all those windows and taillights man.

Yeah, something definitely sounds fishy. You have any personal beef with anyone? Any insurance problems or anything? I've dealt with a fair share of car theft, and taking the time to beat-up the vehicle doesn't sound like a normal thieves MO.

No, definitely no beef with anyone. No one knows my schedule or when/where i really drive my car. It wasn't in that lot for that long either.

Funny thing is, they left my Carbon fiber hood, and all my suspension goodies, so i'm sure they're just regular car thieves. They know nothing of 240's.

That's what I began to realize. It's most likely someone from the neighborhood because of the fact that the car wasn't in that parking lot for more than 2 nights. I live not even 2 blocks from the lot and I made it a point to drive by and have all my friends drive by to check on it.

I havn't seen anyone else with these rota's on their car yet, and I especially wanna see the theives try to run these on a car other than a rwd car.... :p

a girl had her volk wheels stolen up here in quebec, someone spotted them on a beautiful old fwd oldsmobile or some piece of shit. the guy got arrested and the car got impounded for sporting stolen goods.

This time keep your eyes on your car and wait till they come (which I'm very sure they will...I'm pretty sure your stuff got stolen by a bunch of kids. They always think that they can do it again.) Wait till they show up again and you have 2 options

2) still beat tha crap out of them...then call the cops.

I hate thieves!!! I just had my stuff stolen and smashed up. The only good part is that they left the car and that they left it on bricks. Someone said he saw a van full of Mexicans peel out from next to my car that night and he saw it on blocks. If they were smart they would have taken my CF hood, kouki skirts, and S13 front stuff. But I'm glad they didn't.

Most thieves are too dumb to get an education and get a good job to buy this stuff so they steal it. A bad job of stealing it I might add. I haven't seen anything on my wheels on eBay or anything yet so I wouldn't count on finding yours anytime soon. They're probably in a pawn shop or something, lol. Or at least on some dumbass's car in your town. If you see them on someone's car and you know they are yours for sure (parked of course), try to block them in with your car so they can't escape and call the police.

If it is your daily driver, lock nuts and if you don't have security, get a club or something. Your lucky they did not bring a tow truck in and just take the whole damn car. Yeah, the sad thing is that you don't have to get into a car to steal it.Repo guys just slap chains to the tow hooks and drag it to a safe location and slap it up on a little trailer or something. Get a garage if your in an apartment. If something else big gets stolen off of my car I think I'll just give up on it and buy something less bling bling so nobody will steal crap from it.

Eclipse Decks do work after they are stolen its only if the previous owner didnt do the proper things to set it up.

i bought one off ebay and i think it was a stolen eclipse deck. it didnt have the harness or anything. but it worked fine without a code and all that!
