Hey I've heard about this stuff in a bunch of articles and it sounds real cool, anyone have experience with the stuff? You fill your frame rails right? anything else?

Hey guys thanks for the articles... Anyone actually do it though? I was really looking for firsthand experience, SCC doesn't really describe it in detail...
