S13 suspension KYB & Tein

According to UpGarage these have Tein Springs (and they look like S-Techs), but I can't match the part numbers to anything.
The shocks are KYB 'new SR special' which are pretty popular. The name has nothing to do with the motor, I've seen in on tons of other kinds of shocks. No leaks, comes with stock upper mounts (ready to bolt on!).

Any clue on how low of a drop they are?

no idea on both accounts.
I'm pretty sure they're S-Techs (look exactly like them) so likey the same drop as those.
Don't know how long they were used.
Judging by the wear & tear/cleanliness of them, I'd guess ~2 years old.
These shocks started coming out right when we first got here (2004).
