Replace OEM steering wheel to aftermarket

I was thinking of replacing my OEM steering wheel on my kouki and i was woundering how to install it without diploying the air bags and i still want my passenger side air bag to work with the aftermarket steering wheel can anyone plz help me..

disconnect your battery...

what about the wires for the srs air bag in the steering wheel? do i have to connect them into soemthing? or just have them hang loose? thanks for your help
