alright, had the all too standard SR20 problems: bogged initially underboost then would pull hard once you got to certain point. Have a build going together so I figured I'd just wait it out until I put all the new parts in find the problems then. Naturally got delayed dug into the motor. Oh yeah, S13 redtop intake, exhuast, I/C, Boost controller, and S-AFC2. I found a hole in the coupling going from the turbo to the intercooler pipping, things got a little better, find a hole in the crankcase vent tube, thing idles as good as the first day of the swap. Still pops going through the rev range. Tighten up the Greddy Type-RS, set the timming, reset the ECU and expect the best. When I go to drive it the car bogs after anything beyond like 20% throttle, pops and sputters. Acting just like the time my BOV flange failed and fell off, acting just like a huge boost leak. Checked all the plugs on all the sensors, made sure I plugged back in the TPS after the timing, MAF didn't get touched in the whole thing CAS worked when I did the timming so I can only assume it's working fine, I looked everywhere for a boost leak, pretty damn sure I got all of them. Anyone have some insight?
