i think what you're saying happens to me and one of my friends also, i believe it's just how we balance out our clutch/gas, usually if we rev it up to almost 2 then start letting off it doesn't 'vibrate/shake' but not all the time.

clutch chatter?
are you saying that the whole car vibrates and shit when you engage from a stop in 1st gear?
and you feel the vibration coming from under your shifter, and when you feel it vibrate your shifter shakes around like crazy?
if so, that's clutch chatter.
3 things could cause it:
hot spots on your flywheel (kind of like brake rotors).. meaning, you have sections on your flywheel that are not as dense/weaker than others, and it is visibly noticable.
flywheel was not resurfaced upon last clutch removal.
your clutch disc is glazed, smoothened out too much, which makes it harder to engage. it may still engage, but it won't be smooth.
If it is clutch chatter, you're going to have to drop the tranny and either replace your clutch or flywheel or both.

i think he isnt applying gas..jus slowly letting the out. u are letting it out too fast prolly. and why are u doing this in the first place??
maybe u are running on 3 cylinders??
maybe u are a jackass like your ranking says lol

It sounds like you have a warped flywheel, or a crappy pressure plate. Either items can cause clutch chatter.
It could also be the bearings right before the drive shaft.
Or it could be your synchros.....
I would start with the easiest stuff first by replacing the bearings, as well as getting your flywheel machined at a machine shop. (Me on the other hand am using a fidanza aluminum flywheel and will never go back to stock OEM with the acceleration it offers).
chatter - the word i was looking for.
never knew flywheels could warp... and yeah synchros are definitly dead.
its funny because i was driving in the rain today, started rolling off first gear (accelerated a bit hard), either the tire spun or my clutch slipped.. fully engaged..

The fly wheel surface can warp from extreme heat to friction between the clutch and fly wheel surface"HOT SPOTS". (Kind of like when you need new brake rotors from warping from to much heat that can cause major vibration and bad stoping). It is the same effect.
If your synchros are old you can switch to synthetic gear oil, it may actually help your synchros for a bit longer ( it actually gets rid of viscous deposits that kill your gears) , before it takes a crap on you in the long run. It's not a transmission flush just a good and proper lube.
