gents,
First off let me say that I searched for ever about this stuff and now I need your help. Next let me say that my brother got into an accident and smashed his carbon canister, so that is why we took it out. Finally let me say that I live in Minnesota so emissions don't matter, so please don't turn this into a pro/anti-emissions thread.
I took out everything; PAIRC, carbon canister, etc. My question is now that I have the vaccum lines capped off, the car burbs durring idle; it is completely random. It even revs a little wierd sometimes too. Do I need to loop some of the vaccum lines to each other? I tried every combination I could think of. Could it be bad gas? the car has sat for about two months, but I put fuel stabilizer in it. What do you think? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

If you could send me pictures it would help a ton. As long as the vacuum lines that you took from the canister are capped off and sealed there should be no adverse effect on how your motor runs. All charcoal canister does is take some of the vapors from your tank and there is a valve that sends the vapors from the canister to the intake manifold. I am not sure what you mean by the PAIRC??. If by that you mean the exhaust recirculator valve. As long as you plugged the line to both the intake and exhaust manifolds it should run fine.
One thing that you may be experiencing. In the summer time they use less volatile fuel(atomizes better for warmer weather) and in the winter time where it is harder to get fuel to atomize they use a more volatile fuel. I would would put in some fresh gas and see if it doesn't clear up.
I am also unsure what you mean by burping. if you could explain that that would be awesome.

Make sure you have everything off. Cap the vacuum lines, seal the EGR tube.
If it is a vacuum leak, take a can of carb cleaner and spray it around your intake manifold. If the engine revvs up, you have a leak. Try to trace it using the carb cleaner.

Thanks guys. I have all the lines capped off now, the EGR is plugged up with JB Weld, but it is still "burping." I bet it is the gas, but I will try the carb cleaner trick just to make sure. I will try to describe the "burping"..... When the engine is idling, it is smooth, but randomly it will just stop for a split second, the continue idling normally. You can hear it in the exhaust tone, and the engine moves a little. Also when revving the engine slow, it will do the same thing, but if the engine is revved fast, it doesn't happen. The other thing I noticed is that the spark plugs are very black, so I assume that it is running rich. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks again for the feedback!

Yah, its normal for KAs to run a little richer after EGR removal.
'cuz the ECU is still trying to compensate for exhaust gas recirculation. which probably takes more fuel to ignite since its used air.. or something along those lines.

Yeah you got that right and the fact that exhaust gas no longer takes the space of air in the cylinder chamber during compression. It also completly FUCK's up the O2 signal.
That also means that it retards ignition timing so the engine technically will run like shit.
A retuned ecu will fix that problem by changing the A/R ratio. Or even a piggy back will work by fooling the MAF signal to the ecu that it is getting less air than it really has (somewhat correcting the problem by shrinking the pulse width of the injection in the cycle).
KA's run rich with there stock tune to begin with. The stock tune increases fuel richness by 7% more fuel than air at low rpms. Poor stock tune along with removal of smog equipment is one rich KA.
