Ok, the good news: my car passed inspection.
The bad news: Hood release cable feels like it isn't attached to anything & I can't get my hood open!:bash: Oh ya, and today when I went to move my car so my dad could get out of the driveway, my brake pedal hit the floor, there was no pressure at all, I then noticed there was a puddle underneath my car, so I'm pretty sure I'm leaking brake fluid. Of course not being able to get my hood open doesn't help. And yes, I searched.:squint: Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That happend to me once, different kind of car though. I eventually just crawled under the car and poked and pulled at the thing till it popped open.

have someone pull and hold the release from inside the car and someone else pull the hood up. same thing happened to me, then i got a cf hood and it all of a sudden it went away, dont ask me how, it just did.

^^yes listen to him, there are two little rubber knob's that are located where the front of your fenders are. You can twist those rubber pieces to make the hood easier to pop.

Or what i did when i am by myself and no one is around to help me pop my hood. I retract my headlights to up then pull the hood release, then pull up on the hood, then pull the hood release cable again. Then my hood would pop.

Sometimes shit gets stuck in the latch and no manner of pulling gets the thing open.

Just jump up and down on the hood to shake the crap out of there and itll pop.

Thanx for your help guys, I finally got my hood open, I crawled underneath my car and pulled the spring with a screwdriver & it popped open. Now I just gotta figure out whats goin on with my brakes.

your master cylinder is toast... get a new one. don't waste money on cosmetics until your car is running well.
