So I ordered a clutch pedal. I figured it be a little dirty but this one came all rusted. Is there anything I can do to clean it up? O yea, it's really stiff too like if you press it down it stops at the bottom and it slams at the top. This is my first auto to manual conversion so I have no idea. But that's normal for not being connected to the master cylinder right? Thanks in advance.

All pedals rust, they're usually iron or some other production line-grade metal-get some CLR and you'll be fine. As for the pedal movement characteristics, you'll need to have everything setup (master & slave cylinder, clutch line, & fluid) properly before you can actually test it's proper functionality.
