95 240, I took my car out tonight for a little bit. I noticed something different. As I started to get sidewise my whole car would shake. I was trying heel-toe and e-brake methods to get me going sidewise. Both ways made my car shake. This wasn't a little shake but a real shake that wasn't cool. As i exited the drift it would eventually stop. I tried higher rpm's and lower rpm's but no difference. NO Mods have been installed yet. Just wondering what it could possible be....

check if something is loose in your suspension.

heel-toe to initiate a drift?

Yeah let me guess, your car is stock suspension wise and has no lsd right?

It's shaking because you are getting wheel hop and have an open diff. Oh and 10 year old cars arent built to "drift."

Get coilovers and replace those 10 year old worn-to-hell bushings with pillowball suspension arms, and get an lsd and your car will stop "shaking."

Oh yeah and heel-toe WTF!?!? :faint: You do not heel-toe when doing parking lot drifts, just kick the clutch hard to intiate and e-brake only when you understeer. Oh yeah and go faster, much faster and you can drift easier.

Ya, Stock suspension and No LSD thats all coming soon. I said heel-toe earlier when i meant so say Shift-Lock. My Bad. Kicking the clutch is easy. I am going decently fast, easily 40+. Thats good enough for me for right now with out anything done to my car. My thing is earlier this week, my car wouldn't shake but tonight it did. I haven't done anything to the car since then.

your car shakes because it is worried about getting impounded by cops or crashing into a wall/curb/lightpost on the street.

i'm judging from your 2 posts and your feb '06 join date (and your "EBRAKEFANATIC" handle) that you just bought this car and decided to start being a dorifto machine... i could be wrong. but i dont think i am. learn how to drive your car stock. then upgrade it. then learn how to drive your car modified. and while learning, dont do it on the street where people/innocent cars can get hurt (including yourself). /rant.
