My car has been in my garage for ~week since i ran it last. Today, i go out and try to start it... nothing. All the gauges work, fuel pump, radio etc, but it seems like the starter isnt getting any power. Wtf is going on? Only things i did while it was sitting was rewire my defi controller into the old auto plugs (by the shifter) and look under the steering column at the wires to try and figure out how i could put in a kill switch...

EDIT: Pretty sure i found the problem... the one of the wires on the starter had come unplugged, i think its the signal wire from the ignition to the starter. Now im just waiting for the battery to charge up enough to turn it over (hopefully)

thanks for the suggestions

battery, grounds, starter, wiring. Check all those.

But since you suggested starter, i'd try the starter first.

fine, all the electronics are coming on like they should, and when its been dead in the past, the starter still clicks when you turn the key. Im gonna start checking all the wiring and grounds :(

Check battery voltage...SRs dont like less than 11V of juice to crank over.

check the battery terminals. Happens to the best of cars and the worst of cars. Seriously, but after that go for the starter. Does the ignition relay click over?

I'm currently having this same problem

The relay isn't even clicking. I've checked all of the fuses and relays...all good

I cut and re-soldered the harness from under the driver's fender to inside the engine bay. This I know 100% is not the problem because I cut the wires 2-4 at a time to make sure I didn't cross any...

Please help!

How's your clutch bypass switch? Did you remember to plug it back in?

check all the wiring on the starter, i found the the male end from the starter that looked like it was missing the plug... and found the plug had fallen off to the side. If not... dealership?

no, the relay/ starter wasnt clicking at all, thats why i figured out it was the starter

dont have one, the car was swapped to manual when i did the sr swap, its correctly bypassed though
