5zigen border III with header on s14..loud?

How loud would the 5zigen border III be on a s14 with header. I know headers for s14s delete cat, so trying to find most quiet exhaust possible, since header will make it slightly louder.

Also who has the best deal on the NA model for the border III?

It'll be stupid quiet, Border III is one of the most quiet exhaust systems on the market for our cars.

As far as best price.. beats me, not many people even list stock of the Border III.
