what kind of headlights do you have?
was your car in a bad front end collision that may have bent the front so its facing down?

just take this as an excuse to upgrade to H.I.D lighting

there are 2 levels behind each housing with 2 screws nearby to adjust.

If you have your manual it will tell you how to aim your headlights. But Tnord is right there should be a prong with a hexagonal end cap(kinda) and then use then levels on top.

I have my lights aimed slightly up cause I had the same problem you have. But guess what it still doesnt let me see shit at night until I turn on the brights.

park your car about 5 feet from a wall or garage door turn on lights and adjust the headlights till there even and at the right height
