ever tried calling motoREX or RB motoring to see if they can legalize for you?
I think RB motoring will sell a legalized one for 30-40g for R32

haha I REALLY don't think asking Motorex to legalize it is a good idea... considering they are royally screwed for trying to cheat the system and such. Speaking of which, I think all their cars were supposed to get seized already. i wonder what happened.

no company in the US can federalize a skyline at the moment. That is just the simple truth.
just register the car in Canada with Canadian plates and Canadian Insurance...and drive it anywhere you want.
you can use my address and i will forward you the mail for $50 a month....lol
skylines are mad cheap up here

Actually thats not true. Any registered RI that has a code 2 next to them can import and convert any car from any country that is in the NHTSA list. You just have to contact them and see if they are willing to actually do the conversion. They have to video tape all the modifications they do and send it into the NHTSA for verification. Once verified the DOT will then issue a real VIN or use the chassis code with serial #, which ever the RI wants. Motorex screwed themselves for tax evasion and trying to monopolize the system.
Here are the links for the RI's:

Hope this helps the sale of your R32 man!!

Shit, I'd do that if oyu are actually willing to. I just need to get a hold of a skyline which isn't a problem.
man u can get skyline GTR's up here for a hair over $10k canadian... all day long... and all the way up to $20k cdn for ones that are done up nicely.
i was thinking of letting a bunch of people do this... the fraud is yours..lol... not mine... i just forward your mail.
you would have to get an Ontario drivers license and then insure in Ontario which can be pretty expensive, we have the most expensive car insurance in North America, but if you have a good record you would be fine.
i was going to do this in Quebec for myself because they have government regulated insurance that is 80% cheaper than ours.
u may have to set up an ontario bank account for direct withdrawal or just pay your whole year in advance...lol
i offered to do this for some buddies in NY already.
one of my best friends did the opposite of this, registered an Eclipse GS-T in the US because you couldnt get them up here.. he kept an indiana license and did this for 4 years... it wasnt a problem so long as you can prove you live where your license says you do... even if you dont really live there...
