i have a 1990 240sx fastback 5 speed manual with a ka24e with 145k miles
i just recently bought the car and honestly, i dont think the motor is going to last much longer, the CEL recently came on, the oil pressure light came on when i had good oil and good level, but went off after i changed the oil a couple more times, the EGR valve is malfunctioning, and i hear some ticking from my valve cover
i'm planning on swapping to a ka24de from 91-94 240sx's to keep the s13 simplicity, since i'm a complete n00b when it comes with 240, this is my first one
what parts can i keep when i do the swap over to DOHC, and what parts do i need to change for sure?
-transmission, i heard they're the same
-motor mounts, are they the same?
-wiring harness, can i use my stock s13 harness?
-radiator and hoses?
