What are the offsets and is there any suspension on the pictured car?

i think its a 38+ offset and its lowered on H&R race

its around a 2" lip, e46's cant have crazy low offsets like a lot of japanese cars. i've had them for around 6 months, no previous owners.

where can you get an adapter for 5x120
or how would you fit this on a 5x114.3

yes the stock wheels were sold to some guy with a e36 and he painted them black. looked pretty sick.
but yeah you can go find some spacers/adapters to make your lug pattern change to 5x120
