Grievances. . .I'm surprised this hasn't been locked.

why should it be locked since it helps to put the info on this scammer on the board? its helping people avoid this scam. no member should have to go through this, and should be warned.
it seems like nobody cares. if this is the way that the board protects it members by hiding this then i apologize, but it needs to be out there. btw, thanks for the info, i'll be contacting this officer about my siguation among others.

Possibly. Might have contacts helping him scam in different areas so he doesnt get caught as easily.

Also, i have some useful info

He also goes by Jared Ray, [email protected] and jray0909 on the club240 forums.

He's still trying to sell me a ca18 for 700 shipped. Thats retarded.

The Kyle Jones adress in black lick ohio goes by the name or company of
Roddy Piper
701 Hidden Bridge Ln, Blacklick, OH 43004
Similar complaint has been filed on him with the attorney General office with consumer fraud.

also, i'm from the same area i got to ohio state. If you guys have sucessfully sent money orders or what not to these adresses and gotten ripped off let me know. I google map the adresses and they look legit. Me and a couple of friends are kinda tempted to go check it out to see whats really up.

my names mark and im currently selling my car here in jersey.i got an email recently out of nowhere from a loveth daveda(weird name)..i just wanted to put it out there and see if anyone knows that name or whatever.the reason why im asking if anyone knows is because this person emailed me saying that their going to give me a certified check through the mail for my car..then a shipping company will come and pick up my car.its just really weird to me because no one is giving me any good offers for my car..then all of a sudden someone emails me out of nowhere to say their offering me more than what my price is.I dont mean to put out this persons screen name like this but its very weird to me..still even with the offer their giving me.I asked for this persons contact info and their company they work for. This person is representing a client whos interested in my car..and i also asked for the clients contact info so i can fix any problems if anything was to happen with the check or my car.Their email is [email protected] anyone can let me know if they have heard of this email before.any input or ideas about if this is fishy for anyone let me know thanks.im reading these stories and wish i can help but this is my first time for everythin on this site..first time for selling my car and all that.i even asked my father about it and he said dont give out any personal info and i didnt.I just think its weird they didnt email me back their contact info or the clients contact info.ill be putting my car back in my garage tommorow because i replied back with my name, full address, and phone number.dont want my car missing in the morning tommorow.

I personally wouldn't do it people usually offer more than what you ask for so you'll be eager to sell it to them at that. Most likely a scam if they buy it sending a check and they don't even check it out. Most likely a false check.
