which 240?

Hey guys, im new to this site.  I'm looking to get a 95-98 240sx.  I was wondering which was better, the se or le?

depends on wat u want, but for my needs SE would be better, I don't remember all the diffs but SE is sporty and le is luxury. The 240 is sporty car in general so it would be better to juss get the se, IMO.

If you are not sure what year to get I would go with the 95-96 because I like the front end better than the 97-98 (I prolly am the only one who likes 95-96 headlights compared to 97-98). Also depending on your financial situation and the availabilty in your area. 95-96 is obviously cheaper (around $5K-$11K, 97-98 $8K-$16K). Keep in mind you get wat you pay for, most of the time.

The only difference between the two is that SE had a leather option and on LE it came standard. The suspension and everything else about the car is the same.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't the SE have a spoiler and the LE doesn't?

I know for sure that the 1998 s14 SE and LE both came standard with the rear spoiler. &nbsp;I would assume the same would be true for all s14's.

thanks for the help, im probally gonna go with a 95-96 se, i dont care about the leather seat, im going to get racing seats anyways. &nbsp; I also like the 95-96 front end better too.

To my understanding, LE comes with the standard SE features plus leather as standard packaging.

95-98 don't have LE models, there's only SE and base if i'm correct. I got a 95 SE. I'm pretty sure that only the s13's have LE models
