Help me,! Are S13 and S14 front subframe and rack&pinion changeable?

Hi guys, sorry bout the long title and sorry if this is a NOOB questions. But i have already seached on these topics but more or less it talks about the rear subframe. Anyways, I got an S14 that needs a new front subframe and rack&pinion. I have a S13 shell, with all those parts. My question is if the S13 parts will fit on the S14. That way I dont have to hassle in finding a new S14 piece. Any help is greatly appreciated. If you have ann extra S14 rack or front subframe let me know, I'm in the chicago/il area. Thanks alot!!

power steering racks are interchangeable.
front subframe ...ooh i forget. i want to say 'yes' but someone can verify.

I installed an S14 front subframe, steering rack and power steering set up this past weekend on my 91 hatch w/ S13 blacktop. Everything fit just fine. The only problem is the PS high pressure line, S13 uses a banjo style bolt that threads onto the pump whereas the S14 has the bolt on the pump (better setup) The diameters of the bolts are different aswell. I had my S14 KA PS pump lying aroung and just swapped the pulley and tensioner bracket to make it fit the S13 SR. You would also need to splice and extend the S13 ps harness connector with the S14 one. Good luck.
